Over the next 3-5 years we will undertake a stage-by-stage development of the existing site, realising an exciting new vision that retains the same upland’s ethos for entrepreneurial innovation amongst a vibrant community.
Our aim is to create an impressive and more comprehensive business and residential community destination, that will quickly become recognised as a unique flagship, district for Walthamstow and London.
The new district will incorporate ‘American Style’ multi-floor, industrial and manufacturing units, operating alongside independent retail outlets, and contemporary residential apartments, all within comprehensively landscaped leisure facilities and re-purposed reservoir area from where the wider community can benefit.
